The year 2022 starts with a special announcement for us. The German Federal Motor Transport Authority (Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt) has granted us permission to assign our own ACS-WMI (World Manufacturer Identifier). As a vehicle manufacturer, we are officially authorized to carry out ENOKs with our own vehicle identification number (VIN). With regard to the designation, this means that in future the VIN will not begin with the previous W1N (Daimler AG).

This 17-digit combination of numbers and letters naturally makes us mighty proud and symbolizes the consistent high quality in the field of vehicle construction that has been maintained over the years. Thanks to an outstanding team of highly qualified employees, we have succeeded in reaching this milestone in the history of ACS.
