ACS receives follow-up order

ACS (Armoured Car Systems), based in Friedberg-Derching, has received a follow-up order for the ENOK AB (Airborne) airborne vehicle. There is considerable interest in ACS vehicles.

The company’s current focus is on the series production of airborne tactical vehicles through the ‘Luftlandeplattform’ (airborne platform) vehicle programme (vehicle: CARACAL) for the German Armed Forces and the Dutch Armed Forces. ACS has expanded its production area by around 3,000 square metres to a total of 9,000 square metres for this order.

ACS is currently exhibiting at the IDET (International Defence and Security Technologies Fair) in Brno, Czech Republic, in cooperation with CROY s.r.o. IDET is one of the leading defence and security trade fairs in Central Europe, bringing together international experts. During the fair, ACS and CROY s.r.o. will announce another order. The Czech Army has decided to procure additional ENOK AB vehicles. “We are very proud of this order. When a customer comes back, it is a very strong signal that they are satisfied. And when the customer is satisfied, so are we!’ comments Stefan Koppold, Head of Sales Engineering at ACS. The ENOK AB is a tactical vehicle for light infantry. The Czech 601st Special Forces Group ‘General Moravec’ is already an ACS customer. The special forces have a wide range of tasks, including classic missions, reconnaissance, infiltration, combat and commando operations. The open vehicle impresses with its patented, modular design. The MSF (Modular Space Frame) design enables users in the field to modify the vehicle quickly and easily. The vehicles will be fully delivered by mid-2026.

ACS specialises in providing light mobility solutions for security agencies and the military. Having been on a growth path since 2022, the company aims to further expand its market position.
