A new user nation for the vehicle ENOK AB
ACS (Armoured Car Systems), based in Friedberg-Derching, welcomes a new user nation for the vehicle ENOK AB (Airborne).
Following last week’s announcement at the IDET (International Defence and Security Technologies Fair) in Brno, Czech Republic, that the Czech Army is procuring airborne tactical vehicles, there is now further news from ACS.
ACS is currently exhibiting at the SEESOF (South East Europe Special Operations Forces) Forum in Târgu Mureș, Romania. The forum is a trade event for special forces focusing on the South-East European region. At SEESOF, ACS is announcing another order for Romania in cooperation with EuroSpike GmbH.
The vehicles will be used for highly mobile anti-tank defence in the future. The use of specific aluminium profiles/connecting elements in combination with a modular space frame (MSF) provides users with highly modular vehicles. “Our vehicles are an important component of mobile anti-tank defence systems. We also consider this vehicle concept to be very suitable for the German Armed Forces. In Ukraine, it is clear to see that this strategy is very efficient,” explains Stefan Koppold, Head of Sales Engineering at ACS. The vehicles will be delivered in full by 2026.
